Andy Roe is the former Commissioner of London Fire Brigade and Chair of the Building Safety Regulator.
Andy served as Commissioner of London Fire Brigade from 2020 to 2025, leading one of the world's largest emergency services through critical reform following the Grenfell Tower tragedy. Tasked with transforming an organisation in special measures, he delivered a comprehensive strategy that took LFB from crisis to recognition as the most significantly improved fire service in the United Kingdom within five years.
Drawing on his experience as LFB Commissioner and a former British Army Captain, Andy brings exceptional insight into building resilient teams under extreme pressure. He currently chairs the Building Safety Regulator and holds several national board appointments.
