Lord Sebastian Coe.

Sebastian (Seb) Coe KBE is a distinguished global sports administrator, former politician, and retired double Olympic champion.

Current President of World Athletics, IOC Member, and Executive Chair of Wasserman sports and entertainment agency, Seb brings unparalleled experience from both inside and outside the sporting arena. He won four Olympic medals, including 1500-meter gold at the 1980 and 1984 Games, and set multiple world records as a dominant force in middle-distance running during the 1980s.

After retiring from athletics, Seb served as Member of Parliament for the Conservative Party (1992-1997) and later joined the House of Lords (2000-2022). He played a pivotal role in bringing the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games to London, serving as Chair of the London 2012 bid and the London Organising Committee (LOCOG). In 2025, he was appointed chair-designate of the Old Trafford Mayoral Development Corporation, overseeing regeneration around Manchester United's stadium.
