Dr Anne-Marie Imafidon.

Dr Anne-Marie Imafidon MBE is the CEO of Stemettes and Chair of the Institute for the Future of Work.

A recognised prodigy, Anne-Marie passed A-level computing at age 11 and earned a Master's degree from Oxford University at 20. After roles at Goldman Sachs, Hewlett-Packard, and Deutsche Bank, she co-founded Stemettes in 2013, an award-winning initiative that has since inspired over 65,000 young people, especially girls, to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Her first book, She's In CTRL (2022), empowers women to reclaim their place in technology.

Anne-Marie is Chancellor of Glasgow Caledonian University and chairs the Institute for the Future of Work. She served as President of the British Science Association (2022–2023), was awarded an MBE in 2017, and holds eight honorary doctorates. A familiar media presence, she was the Arithmetician on Countdown and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, appeared on the Royal Institution Christmas Lectures, hosted the Women Tech Charge podcast, and has interviewed high-profile figures including Sir Lewis Hamilton and Jack Dorsey.
